Study Computer Science at Hasso Plattner Institute with a scholarship
The Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI) is one of Europe’s leading IT hubs just minutes from Berlin! We award up to four
scholarships to particularly motivated and talented students to pursue the Master’s degree in Computer Science in
Germany.
Scholarships are open to applicants with foreign citizenship and stateless individuals who have not obtained their first degree in Germany.
The English Master’s degree Computer Science is the right program for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge in the most relevant fields in IT at one of the top universities in Germany. Students can choose one of
six tracks and prepare for a future in academia, major tech companies or startups.

Hasso Plattner Institute as a study location:
Close to the global metropolis of Berlin, the HPI welcomes its students to the Griebnitzsee campus in Potsdam.
HPI is equipped with the latest information technology.
Benefit from close student-faculty ratios and gain experience working on practical topics and questions.
With the Master's degree in Computer Science, you will study at the joint Digital Engineering Faculty of the
University of Potsdam and the HPI.
The University of Potsdam is represented in international ranking lists such as Times Higher Education and Nature's Top 175 young.
HPI achieves top ranking in the German CHE ZEIT ranking every year.

Scholarships:
This scholarship program offers you the opportunity to continue your academic education in Germany with a
postgraduate course of study in Computer Science (M.Sc.).
The scholarships are exclusively for excellent international students who have completed their first academic degree no later than the beginning of the winter semester 2024/25.
The scholarship is for the amount of 1,100 € per month for up to 24 months.
